Representatives from the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) present a ceremonial oversized check to Zapata County officials for $500,000 to be used for sewer improvements in Falcon Lake Estates West. Project Coordinator Mario Gonzalez-Davis submitted the application on behalf of the county.
